The vision 2021-2041 of Bangladesh suggests a new beginning which includes the end of poverty. In addition, the aim is to be an Upper Middle Income Country (UMIC) by 2031 and a Higher Income Country (HIC) by 2041 with per capita income of over USD 12,500 in today’s prices (Alam,2020,p.11)
Politician, lawyer, and member of the Bangladesh National Parliament Shifuzzaman Shikhor was born in Bangladesh on October 1, 1971. In the 11th National Parliament Election in 2018, he was chosen by the Bangladesh Awami League to serve as a member of parliament for the Magura-1 constituency. His father, the brave freedom fighter Mohammad Asaduzzaman, served in the National Parliament as the representative for Magura-II. Manowara Zaman, his late mother, was a housewife. Shifuzzaman Shikhar is the third child out of 5 brothers and 2 sisters. Both his sister Kamrul Laila Joli and his older brother Shafiquzzaman Bachchu have served in the legislature before.
The main purpose of birth should be to advance Bangladesh, which was gained in exchange of the blood of lakhs of martyrs.”
